Our Business

Breakthrough Mortgage & Financial Services, Inc. has been in operation since 2002.  We are a community based business that provides seminars on Real Estate Financing, Home Affordable Modification Program, Mortgage Refinancing, Credit Repair, Educating on Debt Consolidation, Homeowners Insurance, Fannie Mae Home Counseling, workshops with HUD approved Organizations  and Management for community groups, churches, homeowner's association and much more.

We have also partnered with various Non-Profit Organization and community events for the past several years servicing many areas. Our partners include Kendall Lakes Homeowner Back to School Fun Day, The Darcy J. Foundation, JMC Youth Foundation, Inc., A Cry for Hope, Inc., Pompano Beach High School Football Team and Blanche Ely High School Football Team, These Non-Profit Organizations and Foundation have added culture diversity, and has produced great youth leaders in our community.  Breakthrough Mortgage & Financial Services Inc.,  is proud to be a supporter and mentor of these profound organizations.

Breakthrough Mortgage & Financial Services, Inc. has been able to help sponsor for the past 7 years the Community Back To School Fun Day for the kids returning to school.  We have contributed more than 200 community hours working with this event, and will always be a partner in helping the youth get off to a great school year with the necessary tools need to succeed.
